FIX YO LIFE is a comedy series starring Jenni Ruiza and Jesenia, giving unsolicited ways to help you get your life together! Whether it’s informing you of the dangers of wearing beards, empowering the word “bitch”, or helping you stay body positive! FIX YO LIFE is the show that says what everyone’s thinking but are too scared to say. It’s bold, smart, and risqué comedy made by women for women and everyone else who love women! FIX YO LIFE is currently looking to be produced on a televised and/or online platform.
Public service announcement-style. Each episode is 3-5 minutes and include mix of commentary and sketch, written by Jesenia.

"Latino Stereotypes for Dummies" - a callout to Saturday Night Live and Lorne Michaels for never hiring a Latina. This video sparked the “SNL = #StillNoLatinas” movement, encouraging the latino voice on SNL and was featured on television programs and several online publications.
"Carrot Cake" is a musical parody that takes a shit on the presidential candidate Donald Trump and all of his stupid-ass ways, through the tune of Hall and Oats.
“INS is Watching Him” is a parody with a message about immigration which brings focus to the serious lack of humanity demonstrated to documented & undocumented immigrants in America. The parody features Lisa Velez (of Lisa Lisa & The Cult Jam) and Jesenia playing her standout character Ricardo Montalban.
"The Fixxx" podcast, covering topics like sex, pop culture, and the entertainment industry, in a real, raw, and uncensored way; episodes are available on iTunes, SoundCloud, Google Play, and iHeartRadio every Friday.
Jesenia and Jenni produce comedy together with Jesenia as co-producer, creative director and writer and Jenni as co-producer and social media manager. Not only are they badass creative women, they are best friends till the end...of life... and/or their careers...we'll see what happens!
About Jenni & Jesenia
In 2011, Jesenia was producing, writing and directing the third season of an off-Broadway sketch comedy show called, "Ay Que Funny", she met and hired Jenni Ruiza as a contributing writer and performer.
